Join Vision Express as a Retail Optical Assistant and help customers discover the perfect eyewear while supporting cutting‑edge eye‑care technology. This full‑time, on‑site position blends customer service with hands‑on optical work in a vibrant retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide confident, personalised advice on frames, lenses and designer sunglasses.
• Assist customers with frame adjustments, fittings and minor repairs.
• Support pre‑screening eye tests using the latest optical equipment.
• Maintain store appearance and handle administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and engaging when interacting with customers.
• Passionate about eyewear fashion and comfortable using digital tools.
• Positive team player with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong communicator who listens to and understands customer needs.

Required skills

• Basic frame adjustment techniques.
• Use of optical testing equipment for pre‑screening.
• Ability to perform simple eyewear repairs.
