About the role
Join Vision Express as a Retail Optical Assistant working weekends in Patchway. You will help customers choose eyewear, support basic eye‑test procedures and keep the store operating smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver confident, personalised customer service and product advice.
- Assist with frame adjustments, fittings and minor repairs.
- Support pre‑screening eye tests using the store’s optical technology.
- Perform administrative and support tasks to keep the shop running efficiently.
Required profile
- Confident and engaging when interacting with customers.
- Passionate about eyewear style and comfortable using digital tools.
- Positive team player with a can‑do attitude.
- Strong communicator who listens to and understands customer needs.
