Retail Project Manager - Fuel Branding

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Retail Project Manager to lead a nationwide forecourt branding and signage programme across our UK retail network. You will act as the central hub between internal brand teams, external project partners and suppliers, ensuring each site delivers a consistent, high‑quality brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the performance, compliance and safety of signage manufacturing and installation partners.
• Oversee day‑to‑day interactions with external project management partners, monitoring timelines, budgets and brand compliance.
• Conduct regular supplier reviews, site visits and performance assessments.
• Maintain quality‑assurance processes and ensure all projects meet health, safety and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align branding initiatives across multiple retail locations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or fuel‑station project management, preferably within branding or signage programmes.
• Strong organisational and proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of liaising with internal teams, suppliers and contractors.
• Commitment to safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
