Retail Sales Assistant (Keyholder) – Part‑time

About the role

Join Le Creuset’s vibrant retail team as a Sales Assistant Keyholder. Working 15 hours across two days each week, you will be the friendly face that helps customers discover premium cookware while ensuring the store runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide expert product advice and deliver excellent customer service.
• Drive sales through product demonstrations, upselling and meeting targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge of the cookware range and current promotions.
• Keep the store visually appealing through merchandising and tidy presentation.
• Handle inventory tasks: receive deliveries, organise stock and monitor levels.
• Process transactions accurately, manage cash handling and perform end‑of‑day cash‑up.
• Open and close the store as a keyholder, ensuring security and readiness for service.
• Collect customer feedback and support seasonal merchandising initiatives when required.
