About the role

Join Dreams Ltd’s retail team in Newbury as a Retail Sales Assistant. Working 20 hours a week, you will help create an exceptional in‑store experience for customers looking for high‑value sleep solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their sleep needs and guide them to the right products.
• Use the Sleepmatch technology to match customers with the perfect mattress.
• Maintain store presentation, including housekeeping, cleaning and updating displays.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on Dreams’ range and related brands.
• Support the sales process from initial contact through to purchase.

Required profile

• People‑first attitude with a friendly, engaging personality.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
• Motivated and determined to meet sales targets, even without prior sales experience.
