About the role

Join Dreams’ retail team in Potters Bar as a part‑time Sales Assistant, working 20 hours a week to deliver an exceptional in‑store experience for customers seeking high‑value sleep solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, listening to their sleep needs and preferences.
• Guide shoppers through the product range, using the Sleepmatch technology to recommend the ideal mattress.
• Maintain store presentation, including housekeeping, cleaning, and updating visual displays.
• Process sales transactions and handle any follow‑up queries.
• Support stock replenishment and ensure the sales floor is well‑stocked.
• Adhere to health, safety and company policies while delivering service.
