About the role

Join Dreams Ltd as a Retail Sales Assistant on a three‑month fixed‑term contract, working 20 hours per week in our Chester store. You will help create an exceptional in‑store experience for customers looking for sleep solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their sleep needs and guide them to suitable products.
• Use the Sleepmatch technology to recommend the right mattress for each customer.
• Maintain store presentation, including cleaning, housekeeping and updating displays.
• Support the sales team in achieving daily and weekly targets.
