About the role

Canada Goose is seeking a full‑time Retail Sales Associate to join its Bicester Village store. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a warm, luxury‑focused customer experience and helping guests discover the performance lifestyle products that define Canada Goose.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a superior customer‑service journey that reflects Canadian Warmth.
• Provide expert product recommendations and drive conversion and units per transaction.
• Build and maintain authentic client relationships, including personal shopping appointments and outreach around product launches.
• Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive, productive store environment.
• Participate in training, seek feedback, and continuously develop product knowledge.
• Operate register systems and store tools in line with Canada Goose standards.
• Support store upkeep, cleanliness, and adherence to operating standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer‑focused environment.
• Passion for the Canada Goose brand and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.
