About the role
Join VPZ Newbridge, the UK’s leading vape retailer, as a Retail Sales Specialist. You will work part‑time in a busy store, delivering expert advice and driving sales while enjoying comprehensive training and staff discounts.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer care and product advice.
- Drive retail sales and meet targets.
- Maintain accurate stock levels.
- Increase customer retention through high‑quality service.
- Support the store manager and team in daily operations.
- Flexibly work additional hours or overtime as needed.
Required profile
- Previous retail sales experience in a customer‑facing environment.
- Legally permitted to work beyond a fixed 20‑hour week.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
