About the role
We are looking for a Retail Sales Specialist to join our Whitburn store. You will work 20 hours per week delivering excellent customer service in the UK’s leading vape retail chain, helping customers choose products and supporting store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer care and advice to shoppers.
- Drive retail sales and meet sales targets.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and organise merchandise.
- Increase customer retention through consistent high-quality service.
- Assist the store manager and team with day-to-day tasks.
Required profile
- Previous retail sales experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Flexibility to work additional hours and overtime as needed.
- Legal right to work beyond the fixed 20-hour week.
