About the role
Join the UK’s leading vape retailer as a Retail Sales Specialist in Islington. You will work 20 hours per week delivering excellent customer service, driving sales and supporting store operations while receiving expert training and staff discounts.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable advice to customers about vaping products.
- Execute retail sales transactions and meet sales targets.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and organise merchandise.
- Increase customer retention through consistent high‑quality service.
- Assist the store manager and team with day‑to‑day tasks.
Required profile
- Previous retail sales experience in a customer‑facing environment.
- Flexibility to work additional hours or overtime as needed.
- Legal right to work beyond a fixed 20‑hour week in the UK.
