Retail Showroom Advisor – Brighton

About the role

We are seeking a Retail Showroom Advisor to join our Brighton showroom, helping customers create beautiful, functional homes. You will act as a trusted guide, offering design advice and supporting the buying journey from enquiry to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a warm, inspiring showroom experience.
• Understand customers' design preferences and project requirements.
• Prepare quotations, product recommendations and guide purchasing decisions.
• Manage enquiries via phone, email and in‑person.
• Support customers throughout their buying journey, liaising with interior designers, architects and trade professionals.
• Maintain showroom presentation and product displays.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Experience in premium retail, interior design retail, or related customer‑facing roles.
• Passion for interiors, home design and creating beautiful spaces.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple enquiries.

Required skills

• Knowledge of home interior products, materials and design applications.
