Retail Space Project Coordinator – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Retail Space Project Coordinator to support a global retail business on a 12‑month fixed‑term maternity cover. The role will help deliver store developments, refurbishments and new openings across an international estate, working hybrid from West London.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate store development and refurbishment projects from concept to completion.
• Maintain project trackers, key dates and status updates.
• Communicate layouts and timelines to internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with category, regional teams and external agencies to meet project requirements.
• Manage layout documentation, PDFs and project files, including Adobe mark‑ups.
• Interpret AutoCAD drawings and floor plans to support the team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar project coordination role.
• Excellent organisational and administration skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive approach and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in retail, space planning, merchandising or a related environment is advantageous.
