Retail Store Manager – Aberdeen

About the role

We are seeking an inspiring, hands‑on Retail Store Manager to lead a motivated team in our Aberdeen showroom. You will be responsible for driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring the store meets the highest visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve sales targets and provide world‑class customer service.
• Coach, train and support staff to maximise performance.
• Recruit, onboard and develop new team members.
• Maintain showroom presentation to premium standards.
• Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer journey.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities and implement improvements.

Required profile

• Proven retail management experience, preferably in assisted sales.
• Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Confident, approachable leader who leads from the front.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Good knowledge of compliance requirements such as FCA, GDPR and Health & Safety.
