Retail Store Manager – Broadstairs

About the role

We are seeking an inspiring and hands‑on Retail Store Manager to lead our motivated team in Broadstairs. You will be responsible for driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining the showroom to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve sales targets and provide world‑class customer service.
• Coach, train and support staff to maximise performance.
• Recruit, onboard and develop new team members.
• Ensure the showroom is presented to the highest visual standards.
• Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer journey.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities and implement improvements.

Required profile

• Retail management experience, preferably in assisted sales.
• Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Confident, approachable leader who leads from the front.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Good knowledge of compliance requirements such as FCA, GDPR and Health & Safety.
• Passion for helping customers find the right solutions.
