Retail Store Manager – Pet Retail

About the role

Jollyes Pets is seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead its Blackpool store. You will be responsible for driving store performance, fostering a passionate team, and delivering exceptional service to pet parents.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with company standards.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of sales and support staff to achieve sales targets and high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation to reflect the brand.
• Manage inventory, stock ordering and replenishment to minimise shrinkage and out‑of‑stock situations.
• Provide excellent customer service, advising pet owners on product selection and care.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the pet or related retail sector.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
