About the role

EE is seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead a high‑profile store in Rochdale Shopping Centre. You will be responsible for driving revenue, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a high‑performance team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a large team to achieve sales targets and service standards.
• Develop and execute store strategies in line with corporate objectives.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and staffing.
• Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure store support and alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large retail teams and delivering commercial results.
• Self‑driven, proactive mindset with strong coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance financial KPIs with behavioural and customer‑experience goals.
