Retail Store Supervisor

About the role
As a Retail Store Supervisor at JD Sports you will ensure the shop floor runs smoothly while delivering the high‑standard JD experience to every customer. You will lead by example, guide colleagues through each shift and maintain strong service, presentation and performance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service, resolve queries and support shoppers.
- Guide and motivate team members during each shift.
- Maintain store presentation and visual standards in line with the JD brand.
- Support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.
- Monitor and help improve store performance metrics.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic, organised and passionate about retail.
- Ability to lead by example in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Willingness to support daily operations and inspire teammates.
