Retail Supervisor (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Supervisor to join our Londonderry store on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract covering maternity leave. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead a team of Sales Advisors, drive commercial performance and ensure excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, quality and compliance with company policies.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Analyse sales data and performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the Store Manager in implementing strategic plans and monitoring store‑level KPIs such as sales, customer satisfaction and wage controls.
• Deliver product knowledge training and up‑skill the team to maximise sales opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and act on feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a retail supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage at all organisational levels.
• Commercially minded with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Resilient, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
