Retail Supervisor – Altrincham Store

About the role

Join Superdrug’s brand‑new store in Altrincham and lead a dynamic retail team. As a Retail Supervisor you’ll shape the customer experience, drive sales and develop your leadership skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management team with day‑to‑day store operations.
• Drive sales and deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Maintain store presentation, stock shelves and ensure visual standards.
• Help reduce shrinkage and minimise till errors.
• Motivate and develop team members to meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Supervisory or team‑leader experience in a high‑street retail environment (preferred).
• Understanding of retail KPIs such as sales, profit and service.
• Ability to coach and develop others.
• Willingness to undertake piercing services after training (not essential).
