Retail Supervisor - Full Time, Oxford

About the role

A full-time retail Supervisor in Oxford plays a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards customers expect. You will actively support colleagues throughout each shift, helping maintain high standards of service, presentation and store performance, while supporting daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries and ensuring team presentation meets brand expectations.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range and assisting with effective product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised and aligned with brand standards.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up and supporting accurate till operations.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation and store operations.
• Strong interest in retail, solid product and trend awareness, and the ability to promote company values and behaviours.
• Desirable: positive and proactive leadership, effective problem-solving, interest in visual merchandising and a team-focused approach.
