Retail Supervisor

About the role

Sports Direct is looking for an experienced Retail Supervisor to lead a small in‑store team. You will be the role model for delivering a world‑class customer experience and help drive store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a small team within an in‑store department.
• Model and train staff to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Create an engaging work environment, provide on‑the‑spot feedback and celebrate successes.
• Support visual merchandising standards that align with the Sports Direct brand.
• Drive sales results, ensure best practice, and support commercial goals and brand knowledge.

Required profile

• Recent supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Passion for retail and people.
• Confident leader who can motivate and challenge others.
• Detail‑oriented with strong communication skills at all levels.
• Ambitious, eager to be the best and promote Sports Direct values.
