Retail Supervisor

About the role

As a Retail Supervisor you will work closely with the Store Director to ensure the store runs smoothly, delivering high technical standards and excellent customer service in an optics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Director in day‑to‑day retail operations.
• Supervise, coach and motivate store staff to meet performance targets.
• Use key performance indicators to drive sales, control costs and maximise profit.
• Maintain high technical standards and a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with optical and health regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in an optics or audiology retail setting.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of optical terminology and products.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
