Retail Supervisor

About the role

Superdrug is looking for a motivated Retail Supervisor to join its new store in Twickenham. You will work 20‑hour weeks with flexible shifts, supporting the management team and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the store manager with day‑to‑day operations and staff scheduling.
• Drive sales by promoting products and meeting performance targets.
• Maintain store presentation, stock shelves, and ensure a tidy environment.
• Help reduce shrinkage and minimise till errors.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and encourage repeat visits.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory or team‑leader experience in a fast‑paced high‑street retailer (preferred).
• Understanding of retail KPIs such as sales, profit and service.
• Ability to develop and coach team members.
• Willingness to learn and possibly carry out piercing services (training provided).
