Retail Supervisor – Luxury Store, White City

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Retail Supervisor to join our luxury store in White City. You will lead the shop floor, support the management team and ensure every customer receives a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including visual merchandising, stock presentation and housekeeping.
• Deliver personalised customer service and resolve queries professionally.
• Assist with stock management, deliveries, replenishment and inventory accuracy.
• Motivate, coach and develop team members to meet individual and store targets.
• Help drive sales performance by meeting KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Support opening and closing procedures and ensure health & safety compliance.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Sales Advisor in premium or design‑led retail.
• Strong commercial awareness and a customer‑first mindset.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends and busy trading periods.
