Retail Supply Chain Planner (12‑month Fixed Term)

About the role

Join Kiehl's as a Retail Supply Chain Planner on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, supporting the brand’s boutique and e‑commerce stores across the UK. You will manage inventory and planning strategies to maximise on‑shelf availability, optimise store coverage and minimise waste while working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own replenishment calculations and adapt approaches for campaigns, business‑as‑usual and peak periods.
• Review sales data, stock levels and inventory costs, providing recommendations to improve performance and mitigate risks.
• Manage the product catalogue, setting planning and inventory parameters for new and discontinued SKUs.
• Deliver and report on KPIs such as On‑Shelf Availability, Waste and Days Cover.
• Maintain optimal stock levels across all stores, ensuring availability while reducing obsolescence.
• Partner with order‑to‑delivery teams to resolve supply‑chain challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement of retail processes and support store opening, closure and campaign projects.
• Build relationships with store teams through regular visits and collaborate with Planning, DC, Retail and IT stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience analysing sales patterns and demand forecasts.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Willingness to travel to stores regularly and engage with store teams.
• Proactive attitude towards process optimisation and operational excellence.
