Retail Systems Testing Administrator

About the role

Join Superdrug’s Head Office in East Croydon as a Retail Systems Testing Administrator. You will be responsible for ensuring promotional offers work flawlessly on tills before they go live, supporting the launch of new R10 till technology and helping deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end promotional testing for each event.
• Run structured testing of all promotional activity ahead of go‑live, validating discounts, offers and customer outcomes on test tills.
• Validate a wide range of promotional mechanics such as multibuy, bundle, threshold and loyalty‑based offers.
• Identify and resolve scanning errors, incorrect discounts or conflicting offers, escalating to relevant teams.
• Prioritise testing based on risk and complexity using structured priority lists.
• Document test results, scenarios and issues in team trackers to maintain an audit trail.
• Collaborate with IT, Systems and Marketing teams to troubleshoot test rigs and ensure readiness for R10 till rollout.

Required skills

• Experience with the R10 till system.
• Ability to perform till‑based validation of promotions.
• Familiarity with test rigs and POS environments.
