Revit Technician – Building Services (Nottingham/Leeds)

About the role

Anderson Green Ltd is seeking an experienced Revit Technician to join our Building Services consultancy team. Working from either our Nottingham or Leeds office, you will support multi‑disciplinary projects from feasibility through to detailed, coordinated design for installation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Building Services Engineers to produce coordinated MEP drawings.
• Develop and maintain Revit MEP families, objects, tags, annotations, legends, schedules and templates.
• Amend and produce drawings in both Revit MEP and AutoCAD to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with current industry regulations, design standards and BIM protocols.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and apprentices.
• Liaise professionally with clients, contractors and internal teams.

Required profile

• Proficient operator of Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Background in the MEP industry or a similar technical role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to agreed timescales.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team‑player who can also work independently.
