Revit Technician

About the role

We are partnering with an established engineering design and build firm that delivers complex industrial projects for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical sectors. As a Revit Technician you will join the design team to create detailed BIM models that translate concepts into buildable factory layouts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed Revit models, layouts and construction drawings for pre‑construction proposals.
• Design production facilities, cleanrooms, warehouses and process areas, including power, lighting and fire‑detection schematics.
• Produce accurate construction documentation for pricing and tender submissions.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers and clients throughout the design process.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, conduct clash detection and support design reviews.
• Maintain drawing standards and BIM best practices, and assist with project hand‑over to delivery teams.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience using Autodesk Revit.
• Background in producing technical building layouts and construction drawings.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, food, beverage or pharmaceutical environments is a plus.
• Ability to interpret engineering specifications and client requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
