Revit Technician (MEP) – Hybrid – Bristol – £40k

About the role

We are looking for a Revit Technician specialising in MEP to join our BIM team in Bristol. The position is hybrid, requiring 2‑3 days per week in the office, and offers a competitive £40k salary. You will work on high‑profile projects across the UK, supporting the full RIBA lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate MEP models using Revit.
• Perform model health checks and ensure data integrity.
• Assist with clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or ACC.
• Validate COBie and IFC data for project hand‑over.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in MEP modelling with Revit.
• Strong understanding of model health checking processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
