Reward and Recognition Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Reward and Recognition Partner to join a leading organisation’s People team. Working closely with the Reward & Recognition Lead, you will help shape a modern reward strategy and enhance the employee experience across a hybrid, flexible working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of the organisation's overall reward strategy.
• Manage reward and benefits activities, including salary benchmarking and job evaluation.
• Maintain relationships with external benefit providers and suppliers.
• Assist with annual salary and reward review processes.
• Analyse reward data and produce reports using Excel.
• Advise managers and stakeholders on reward‑related matters.
• Drive employee recognition initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Monitor market trends and recommend enhancements to the reward offering.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a reward‑focused HR role.
• Knowledge of salary benchmarking, job evaluation and benefits management.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle for regional travel.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
