Reward Manager – Lead Reward Strategy & Transformation

About the role

This is a commercially focused Reward Manager position that partners with senior stakeholders to design and deliver reward solutions that attract, retain and motivate talent. You will lead salary reviews, shape reward frameworks and use data‑driven insights to influence strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual salary and pay review processes.
• Design and develop reward frameworks and job‑evaluation methodologies.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, pay modelling and market analysis.
• Use data and insights to improve reward effectiveness and inform business decisions.
• Support reward projects from concept through implementation.
• Advise leaders on reward strategy, pay decisions and governance.
• Drive continuous improvement across reward processes and systems.
• Promote fair, transparent and inclusive reward practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Compensation, Reward or Total Rewards.
• Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, pay structures and reward principles.
• Excellent analytical abilities and experience with Excel modelling.
• Confidence managing multiple stakeholders across a complex organisation.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with strong project‑management skills.
• Experience with HR systems; Workday knowledge is advantageous.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is beneficial.
