Reward Project Manager – Compensation & Pay Structures

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Reward professional to lead compensation and pay‑structure initiatives for a leading global organisation. The role is strategic, business‑critical and will involve close collaboration with senior stakeholders across the UK&I Reward function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Reward and Compensation workstreams across strategic programmes.
• Support organisation‑wide salary review and compensation activities.
• Develop and implement Base Pay Structures (BPS) and salary frameworks.
• Advise senior stakeholders on compensation design, market positioning and future pay propositions.
• Drive Reward transformation and change initiatives through to implementation.
• Manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Required profile

• Extensive experience within Compensation and Reward.
• Strong technical knowledge of pay structures, salary frameworks and compensation design.
• Proven track record delivering Reward transformation, change or implementation projects.
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable operating independently and delivering outcomes at pace.
• Experience working in large, complex organisations.
