About the role
The International RFP team at Northern Trust Asset Management is looking for an RFP Writer to support EMEA and APAC regions. Based in Canary Wharf, you will coordinate the preparation of RFPs, DDQs and consultant questionnaires for new business and client support.
Key responsibilities
- Follow established RFP processes to produce high‑quality standard and bespoke RFPs, RFIs and DDQs.
- Create robust audit trails and critically review content for optimum quality.
- Maintain and analyse performance metrics and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage the Qvidian database for EMEA and APAC, keeping content fresh and compliant with regional requirements.
- Maintain consultant databases and process business‑unit invoices.
- Assist the RFP Manager and wider team with ad‑hoc requests.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of Asset Management RFP experience.
- Strong interest in asset‑management topics and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with a sense of urgency.
- Professional demeanor, team‑player attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
