RGN Nurses & Healthcare Assistants – Harpenden

About the role

We are seeking compassionate Registered General Nurses (RGNs) and Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join care and nursing homes in Harpenden and surrounding areas. These positions offer flexible shift patterns across days, nights and weekends, suitable for both full‑time and part‑time availability.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care, administer medication and treatments, and develop care plans for residents.
• Monitor and assess residents' health needs, maintain accurate clinical records, and report any changes in condition.
• Support residents with personal care, daily living activities, mobility, nutrition, and promote dignity and independence.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and record observations of residents' wellbeing.

Required profile

• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• RGNs must hold a valid NMC registration.
• HCAs should have previous care experience (preferred).
• Willingness to obtain an enhanced DBS check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a caring, professional attitude.
