About the role

Join Warner Bros. Discovery’s Studio Operations team as a Rigging Yard Operative, supporting the Rigging Department in one of the world’s most iconic film studios. You will work hands‑on in the rigging yard, preparing and managing scaffolding and rigging equipment for productions while gaining specialist training in a dynamic, creative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare scaffolding and rigging equipment for delivery to productions.
• Count, log and track returns of equipment.
• Maintain the rigging yard to organised standards.
• Complete delivery and return notes and obtain required signatures.
• Help keep departmental records of rigging equipment up to date.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with internal clients.
• Drive yard vehicles when a suitable licence is held.
• Identify and suggest process improvements across operations.

Required profile

• Experience with manual handling of scaffold equipment (desirable).
• Previous work in a scaffold or yard environment (desirable).
• Full clean driving licence (desirable).
