Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

Join the Housekeeping team at Malmaison Cheltenham as a Room Attendant. You will be responsible for delivering a spotless and welcoming environment for guests, ensuring each bedroom meets the brand’s high standards of comfort and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all guest bedrooms daily, following Malmaison’s quality guidelines.
• Refresh linens, replenish amenities, and report any maintenance issues.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment, using provided chemicals and equipment correctly.
• Interact courteously with guests, providing assistance when needed.
• Adhere to set shift patterns, typically between 9 am‑3 pm, five days a week, with flexible start times.

Required profile

• Good conversational English.
• Ability to work independently for periods of time.
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of housekeeping.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Use of housekeeping chemicals and cleaning equipment (training provided).
