About the role
As a Room Attendant you will join the wider housekeeping team at Elite Hotels, ensuring each guest room is cleaned and prepared to the highest standards of comfort, cleanliness and presentation. You will play a vital part in creating a welcoming environment that encourages guests to share positive experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a designated selection of guest rooms, completing all cleaning tasks to company standards.
- Coordinate with Linen Porters for spring‑cleaning, curtain washing, carpet care and any special maintenance requirements.
- Manage and monitor the usage of housekeeping cleaning supplies and toiletries, providing feedback on stock levels.
- Review daily arrival lists to ensure special requests, gifts, flowers and other guest preferences are addressed.
- Inspect corridor storage areas regularly to keep linen supplies stocked and storage spaces tidy.
