About the role
As a Room Attendant at Hilton Cambridge you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring each room is clean, comfortable and ready for a memorable stay. You will work in a dynamic hospitality environment where attention to detail and a warm attitude make a difference every day.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and performing deep‑cleaning tasks as required.
- Refresh rooms by replenishing linens, towels and guest amenities according to hotel standards.
- Maintain and restock the housekeeping supply cart each shift, ensuring all necessary equipment is available.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and service calls.
- Handle waste and recyclables by disposing of them in designated areas following hotel procedures.
Required profile
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility and reliability in scheduling.
