About the role
We are looking for a Room Attendant to join the Housekeeping team at our luxury aparthotel in Stratford, London. You will ensure rooms are cleaned to high standards and provide an excellent guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Head Housekeeper to clean rooms in line with guest check‑in and departures.
- Vacuum, polish, dust, change linen and replenish guest supplies.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and report any defects or maintenance issues.
- Deliver courteous service and support the overall guest experience.
Required profile
- Attention to detail and passion for cleanliness.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Flexibility to work on a rota, including weekends, based on hotel occupancy.
