Room Attendant – Luxury Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

The Lanesborough, an award‑winning luxury hotel in London, is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join its Housekeeping team. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms, ensuring every guest experiences the renowned service and comfort of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and service guest rooms according to The Lanesborough’s strict cleanliness standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for guests’ personal belongings.
• Promote and be familiar with all hotel facilities to assist guests when needed.
• Handle manual tasks such as lifting and moving linen and equipment safely.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet operational demands.

Required profile

• Basic command of English; a second language is a plus.
• Immaculate personal grooming and presentation.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.
• Strong drive and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Willingness to perform manual handling tasks.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; focus is on housekeeping proficiency and attention to detail.
