RTA Litigation Executive – Manchester (Hybrid)

About the role

Join a market‑leading motor team in Manchester as an RTA Litigation Executive. You will manage a mixed Fast Track and Small Claims caseload, handling personal injury, credit hire and complex liability disputes for major insurers and commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of litigated RTA Fast Track and Small Claims matters.
• Conduct investigations into liability, quantum and evidence.
• Draft pleadings, correspondence and settlement documentation.
• Work with the MOJ and OIC portals and prepare files for hearings.
• Liaise directly with clients, opponents and third parties.
• Support senior fee earners on more complex matters.

Required profile

• Experience managing a litigated RTA Fast Track and Small Claims caseload.
• Solid working knowledge of the MOJ and OIC portals.
• Experience handling credit hire claims.
• Good understanding of court procedures and the CPR.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail.
• Confident communicator with excellent client‑care skills.
