Runner – Albie Restaurant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Runner to join the Albie restaurant team at The Hoxton, Southwark. You will help keep the floor flowing smoothly, ensuring guests receive a memorable experience from the moment food leaves the kitchen to the moment the table is cleared.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately.
• Clear and reset tables quickly for the next guests.
• Assist with setting up tables, refilling condiments, and supporting the service team.
• Occasionally take simple orders and communicate guest needs to the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences.
• Team‑oriented attitude with no ego; willing to help wherever needed.
• Open to trying new approaches and learning on the job.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can stay positive under pressure.
