About the role
The Rural Property Paralegal will join a specialist team delivering legal services to clients in the agricultural and land sector. Working from our Preston office, you will support senior lawyers on a variety of property transactions and advisory matters.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the rural property team with agricultural and land‑based matters.
- Prepare and review documentation for property transactions.
- Support fee‑earners in managing client files and deadlines.
- Contribute to the smooth progression of transactions from inception to completion.
- Liaise with clients and external parties to gather information and provide updates.
Required profile
- 6‑12 months’ experience in rural or agricultural property work.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering excellent client service.
