Russian Customer Service Advisor

About the role

Join a leading online travel brand as a Russian‑speaking Customer Service Advisor in Edinburgh. You will assist customers in both Russian and English, helping them with hotel bookings, flight enquiries and any travel‑related issues. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend flexibility when required.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding phone, live‑chat and email support in Russian and English.
• Assist customers with hotel reservations, flight queries and other travel‑related requests.
• Take ownership of enquiries from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Maintain high service quality while meeting individual and team performance targets.
• Navigate multiple internal systems efficiently to locate solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written Russian and English.
• Previous experience in a contact centre, hospitality, retail or travel environment.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Calm under pressure with a positive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Motivation to learn, develop and build a long‑term career.

Required skills

• Fast and accurate typing.
• Confidence using multiple computer systems simultaneously.
