Salaried GP – 6 Sessions in East Lothian

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated General Practitioner to join our friendly, newly refurbished training practice in Cockenzie, East Lothian. The role offers 6 clinical sessions per week within a supportive team of partners and salaried GPs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 8 face‑to‑face and 4 telephone appointments per session following the BMA template.
• Participate in daily morning coffee meetings and weekly protected wellbeing hour.
• Contribute to the training of GPST1 and GPST3 trainees, FY2 doctors and fourth‑year medical students.
• Utilise AMGMS PracticeVision and Docman clinical systems for patient care and documentation.
• Maintain a therapeutic garden environment for patient wellbeing.

Required profile

• Qualified GP with full registration.
• Motivated to work in a collaborative, training‑focused practice.
• Willingness to engage in weekly wellbeing activities and team meetings.

Required skills

• Experience with AMGMS PracticeVision.
• Experience with Docman clinical system.
