About the role

Chase Medical is a friendly, progressive GP practice in Mitcham seeking a qualified Salaried GP. The position offers a well‑balanced workload with four sessions per week, protected administrative time and strong clinical support, allowing you to deliver high‑quality primary care while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and examinations.
• Diagnose conditions and develop personalised treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage appropriate medications and interventions.
• Coordinate patient care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate, compliant patient records.
• Support public‑health initiatives and community‑based care.

Required profile

• GMC‑registered GP with an MBBS qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience in general practice or a similar clinical setting.
• Strong diagnostic, communication and organisational abilities.
• Commitment to collaborative, patient‑centred care.
• Interest in ongoing professional development; experience in elderly care is desirable.
