Salaried GP in Dudley

About the role

This is a salaried General Practitioner position within a small, tight‑knit practice in Dudley, West Midlands. The practice benefits from a large primary‑care organisation that provides a centralised triage hub, dedicated IT infrastructure and national career development pathways, ensuring a manageable workload and strong clinical support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide independent, on‑site primary care to a stable patient list.
• Manage routine appointments (approximately two‑thirds of workload) and on‑the‑day consultations (one‑third).
• Utilise the practice’s proprietary triage technology and SystmOne clinical system.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings with nurses, pharmacists, social prescribers and physiotherapy input.
• Occasionally conduct home visits (rare, typically 2 per month).

Required profile

• Qualified GP with confidence to work independently.
• Willingness to engage with a diverse patient demographic, including Pakistani, Nigerian and Kurdish communities.
• Commitment to the practice’s values of continuity of care and team cohesion.

Required skills

• SystmOne clinical system proficiency.

What we offer

• £11,000–£12,000 per session, dependent on experience.
