Sales Account Executive – Field Sales in High Wycombe

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Account Executive to join a market‑leading company in High Wycombe. In this field‑sales position you will build and grow relationships with customers across Buckinghamshire and the Home Counties, delivering tailored solutions and driving revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers within the assigned territory.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through face‑to‑face visits and presentations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate customer records using the company’s CRM system.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
