Sales Account Manager – Construction Solutions

About the role

Hilti is looking for a proactive Sales Account Manager to drive growth and customer satisfaction across the construction sector in Portsmouth and surrounding areas. You will become the go‑to expert for our solutions, visiting sites daily to improve productivity, safety and sustainability for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customer locations and construction sites each weekday to present Hilti solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing, new and returning customers.
• Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline and close deals consistently.
• Combine proven sales approaches with creative thinking to uncover new business opportunities.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product ranges and market trends to provide solution‑focused advice.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a fast‑paced, target‑driven, customer‑facing role.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Resilience, adaptability and confidence engaging stakeholders from site operators to senior executives.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with a drive to identify and address customer pain points.
• Valid UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
